For nature lovers, a charming stone house of 45m2, facing south, in a quiet and secluded location, not overlooked, on 3 hectares of unfenced land. A charming rustic accommodation for a relaxing break in a very natural environment. The house consists of 3 rooms. On the ground floor, a living room with fireplace, with kitchenette and dining area. On the 1st floor, a living room on the mezzanine with a sofa bed (140x190). A bedroom of 13m2 with a double bed (140x190) and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and wc. Outside with dining area and sun loungers. Parking space.
