This one-bedroom apartment (36m²) is part of the Le Domaine du Golf de Pinsolle residence in Soustons, Landes. Perfect for a getaway for up to 5 people, the apartment features a terrace with a view of the forest and access to a heated outdoor swimming pool (open mid-June to mid-October). Pets are allowed (additional fees may apply). The residence is located on the edge of a golf course, just a kilometer from the Étangs marins lake and a short distance from vast sandy beaches. While the apartment itself doesn't have direct beach access, the surrounding area offers plenty of outdoor activities (golf, tennis, horse riding) available for an extra charge. The town of Soustons boasts hiking trails and beautiful scenery. The apartment includes a living room with two sofa beds (sleeping 3), a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a separate toilet, and free outdoor parking.
