This magnificent 150m² chalet-style apartment in a country house comfortably accommodates up to nine guests. It features four bedrooms: two with double beds (160cm), one with two single beds (90cm), and one with two bunk beds (90cm) and a single bed (90cm). Baby equipment, including two beds, two high chairs, two deckchairs, and a bath, is provided. Pets are not accepted, and the apartment is non-smoking. Public parking is available in front of the house. Located on the heights of Saint Chaffrey village, this holiday home offers magnificent mountain views and a peaceful environment. It's a 5-minute walk from the ski bus shuttle and shops, providing convenient access to the resort's amenities. The location offers a relaxing retreat away from the resort's hustle and bustle. The village has a network of shuttles with a stop in front of the town hall. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. A boiler room with a washing machine and freezer is located behind the kitchen. The living room has two sofas (no sofa beds) and a wood stove, along with a TV. There's a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a separate shower room, and two separate WCs. Wi-Fi is included. A ski locker is provided at the foot of the slopes. Bathroom linen, bed linen, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and are available for an additional fee.
