This completely renovated, 65m² duplex apartment, located on the Saint-Mandrier peninsula, offers stunning sea views and access to excellent on-site amenities. The apartment features two bedrooms with 140cm double beds and a cabin bedroom with two 90cm beds, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. It is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets. A 15m² garden and a sea-view balcony provide pleasant outdoor spaces. Private parking is available within the secure residence. Arrivals in July and August are from Sunday to Sunday. The residence offers free access to two sea-facing swimming pools, three tennis courts, a bowling alley, a children's play area, ping-pong tables, and beach access. This location is perfect for enjoying a seaside vacation with various recreational opportunities. The duplex apartment includes a large living room opening onto a fully equipped open kitchen, a laundry room, and a WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two bathrooms and separate toilets in addition to the bedrooms and balcony. Amenities include a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, two coffee makers (Senseo and filter), kettle, toaster, and plancha. Garden furniture, a manual awning, an ironing board and iron, a drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner are also provided.
