The layout includes an entrance, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a double bedroom on the ground floor. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, and a balcony with stunning mountain views. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms with double beds and a shower room with WC complete the accommodation. Ideally situated near the church of St. Sorlin d'Arves and at the foot of Col de la Croix de Fer, this duplex is within the LES SYBELLES ski area. You can easily access the slopes on foot or take advantage of the free shuttle service. In the summer, enjoy the residence's outdoor swimming pool, available from July 7 to August 25. The residence offers free parking, and a ski locker is available for storing your gear. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, electric filter coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, raclette grill, and all the necessary crockery for 8 people. Please note that sheets and towels are optional and additional, along with end-of-stay cleaning and Wi-Fi connection.
