Pets are not allowed. The property is perfectly positioned, just 50m from the ESF Champamé gathering point, 200m from a crèche/daycare, and 500m from the Jandri Express for glacier access. In summer, enjoy cycling, hiking, tobogganing, mini-golf, trampolines, and a nearby library. Shops and cafes are also close by, making it easy to explore the area. Additional amenities include a shower room with a bathtub, separate WC, ski locker, and covered parking. Manual roller shutters add extra comfort.
