Nestled at the foot of the slopes in the Devil sector, the property is perfectly positioned for winter skiing and summer biking adventures. Located just 50m from the Devil’s telemix and 80m from the treadmill, it ensures easy access to outdoor activities. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, making this residence ideal for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Outdoor parking, secured by a barrier, is available, though spaces are not guaranteed. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with three induction hobs, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, raclette machine, and fondue set, making meal preparation a breeze.
