Located in the heart of the resort, this charming 40m² apartment on the 5th floor is perfectly suited for a family or group of friends. Positioned at the foot of the slopes and the Jandri Express cable car, it provides direct access to the glacier. The residence is within walking distance of shops, the swimming pool, ice rink, library, and ski schools, making it an ideal base for both winter sports and summer hiking adventures. The south-facing balcony offers stunning views of the mountains and slopes. Inside, the living room features a comfortable sofa that converts into two single pull-out beds, a dining area, and a television, all set on a parquet floor. The bedroom includes a double bed, and a sleeping area in the hallway has two single bunk beds (upper berth not recommended for children under six). The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with three ceramic hobs, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a raclette grill for cozy meals. The apartment includes a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC for convenience. Guests have access to a ski locker and the building's collective parking lot, though spaces are not guaranteed. Pets are not allowed on the property. Essential services like bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning can be reserved separately.
