Haus Am Meer, Wohnung 04

Das Haus Am Meer besteht aus der 1992 liebevoll restaurierten Villa (Haupthaus) und der 1998 angebauten Dependance (Nebengebäude/Anbau).  Bei uns sind Sie in der ersten Reihe, direkt an der historischen Seebrücke und nur wenige Schritte vom Ostseestrand entfernt. 
Für jedes der elf Appartements steht ein kostenloser Pkw-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung.
Im Haus befinden sich Sauna und Solarium (mit Münzeinwurf), Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie ein Fahrradraum.

Die 36 qm große komfortable 2-Raum-Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der zweiten Etage. Sie verfügt über einen herrlichen Seeblick.
Zur Wohnung gehören eine  Veranda als Wohnküche und ein kombinierter Wohn-/Schlafraum mit Schlafcouch und Doppelbett, Sat-TV, Radiowecker, Telefon sowie ein Schranksafe. Die Küchenzeile ist mit zwei Herdplatten, Spüle, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine etc. ausgestattet. Bad mit Dusche und WC.
Die Erstausstattung Bettwäsche und Handtücher ist bereits im Mietpreis enthalten.
Für die ganz kleinen Gäste stehen auf Anfrage Kinderbett und Hochstuhl zur Verfügung.

Da es unmittelbar am Meer liegt und für uns als junges Paar nicht so viel kosten sollte...es hat uns im Internet sehr gefallen...auch das ein Strandkorb dabei War. ...leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt...konnten den Strand nicht wirklich genießen. ..Schade. ..
Improvements:
War alles super....kann man nur weiter empfehlen...
