Haus Sabine App. Krist

Das Appartmenthaus Sabine liegt direkt an der Ahlbecker Promenade in Richtung Swinemünde und beherbergt 10 Ferienwohnungen die über eine Treppe ereichbar sind. Es verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zur Promenade und  Parkplätze am Haus. Alle Wohnungen verfügen über einen Balkon.
Alle Wohnungen sind mit Parkettfußboden ausgestattet und für Allergiker empfehlenswert.
Im Untergeschoss gibt es einen verschlossenen Fahrradkeller.

Die schöne 3 Raum-Ferienwohnung Krist mit ca. 82m² und Seeblick liegt im 2. Obergeschoss. (Treppenzugang)
Die Ferienwohnung Krist ist modern eingerichtet und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer in Richtung Meer ( Seeblick), 2 Schlafzimmern, einer separaten Küche, einem Bad mit Dusche, Wanne und Waschmaschine sowie einem zusätzlichen Gäste-WC. Im großen Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett und gegenüber ein TV. Von hier gelangt man zum Südbalkon mit Möbeln. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer mit  2 Einzelbetten befindet sich der 2. Kleiderschrank. Es gibt  eine separate Komplettküche mit Esstisch. Zusätzlich verfügt sie über ein separates Gäste-WC,  Die Ferienwohnung Krist hat einen Stellplatz am Haus und Gäste können das W-Lan kostenfrei nutzen.
