Das Appartmenthaus Sabine ist Ferienhaus direkt an der Ahlbecker Promenade in Richtung Swinemünde und beherbergt 10 Ferienwohnungen. Es verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zur Promenade und ist ein abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit Parkplätzen am Haus. Alle Wohnungen haben Seeblick und einen Südbalkon, sind mit Parkettfußboden ausgestattet und für Allergiker empfehlenswert.
Im Untergeschoss (Treppe)  gibt es einen verschlossenen Fahrradkeller.

Die schöne 3 Raum-Ferienwohnung Lido mit ca. 82m² und Seeblick liegt im 1. Obergeschoss.Das schöne Wohnzimmer liegt Richtung Meerseite.In der Ferienwohnung Lido gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett und Balkonzugang (Süd) und ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Es gibt eine separate Komplettküche mit Esstisch. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und eine eigene Waschmaschine. Ebenfalls verfügt sie über ein separates Gäste-WC. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört einen Stellplatz am Haus und Gäste können das W-Lan kostenfrei nutzen.
