Description

This holiday house is on a residential estate in a semi-detached house in the centre of Ahrensbök in the Ostholstein area by the Lübeck bay. There are shops and a bus station nearby. The house was built in 1927 and was last renovated in 2015. The house of around 100m² has a beautiful veranda on the ground floor with a dining table for up to six people. From here you can access the large living room with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and other seating and the newly furnished double bedroom. The fully-equipped living room-kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and dining table with a bench and chairs. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer. The first floor comprises a bedroom with a double bed (200cm wide), two bedside tables, an armchair and a dresser with a TV, and a second bedroom with a sofa bed for two people (160cm wide) and a large wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a travel iron. The owner can provides a junior bed and a highchair free of charge. The house is not wheelchair-compatible and not totally child-safe. Heating and free wireless Internet access are available throughout the house. Two portable fans are available. The second bedroom opens onto a large balcony where you can grill, using the charcoal grill provided. The balcony is also furnished with a table, benches and chairs, as well as cushions. An awning, which can be extended and retracted by hand, is also available. The front garden is for your own exclusive use and includes a free parking space for two cars. If you would like to bring bicycles, you can park them in the courtyard. A dog is allowed for a fee, but should be supervised outdoors, as the house is not enclosed and our cat defends its territory bravely. Smoking is permitted in the house. The lovely Baltic Sea beach is about ten minutes away by car. Eutin and the Holsteinische Schweiz are about 16km away. Right opposite there is a skating alley for children, with a climbing wall and a basketball court. Local restaurants, cafes, an ice cream stall, a bakery, Aldi, Lidl etc. are within walking distance. You can also go riding locally and there is a tennis court. A golf course awaits you about 8km away. The owner is happy to help with bookings.
