The cosy holiday flat, completely renovated in 2015, is located in a quiet, elevated residential area of Alpirsbach (550 m above sea level) with a view of the Kinzig valley.
The holiday flat is very spacious with 62 m² of living space. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people, as well as a large television with satellite TV and free WLAN connection. There is also a cosy dining area. The bedroom has a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven and 4-ring hob. A coffee machine, toaster and tea maker complete the equipment. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and a washing machine.
The property has been fully fenced since April 2024!
It also has its own garden with a seating area for four people.
The flat is also equipped with natural wood furniture. Towels and spare bed linen are available free of charge. A safe for valuables is also part of the inventory. The flat has barrier-free access. Dogs welcome, unfortunately no cats due to allergies.
You live here only about 250 metres from the edge of the forest with many hiking trails. There are over 250 km of hiking trails around Alpirsbach. The Karlsquelle nature reserve is a 10-minute walk away. The holiday flat is about a 5-minute walk from the centre.
