The flat consists of a beautiful living room, 1 bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom - a separate terrace in maritime flair, with barbecue and garden furniture, is available for your exclusive use. two bicycles are available for you to use. The bungalow was modernised and renovated again in winter 2016 to 2017, the kitchen and living room have been renewed.

It takes a maximum of 5 minutes to reach the lagoon beach or the Altwarp lake. The nearby nature reserve with its rich flora and fauna is ideal for hiking and cycling. There are many amusement parks in the neighbourhood and something very special: the landlord is a local fisherman and if you feel like getting up early, he will be happy to take you fishing.
