Description

Here you will find a spacious, modern and friendly newly renovated holiday flat, which promises romantic moments with its balcony and view of the castle park. The holiday flat is located on the top floor of a detached two-family house with garden, in a quiet location on the edge of the city centre. The town is one of Germany's smallest cities, located east of Dresden and bordering the Upper Lusatian heath and pond landscape. You benefit from easy access to the motorway junction for numerous interesting day trips.

The holiday flat has a living space of 75 m² and is located on the first floor of the two-storey house. It was last renovated in January 2016 and is now being offered as a holiday flat. As the flat was used by the owner family themselves before the renovation, it is furnished to a high standard and suitable for children for a relaxing stay. Due to its location on the upper floor, which is also the top floor of the house, the interior is somewhat larger and has a very cosy feel. The holiday accommodation is divided into two double bedrooms, a spacious living room with a comfortable lounge area and flat-screen TV, a separate kitchen-diner and a bathroom with a corner bath and WC. The two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm, which are set up next to each other as a double bed. The sleeping area is always surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides. There is also a cot/baby bed in one of the bedrooms. The heart of the flat is the friendly living room, decorated in warm colours. Here you can relax and socialise on a U-shaped lounge area after a day out. The flat-screen TV with satellite TV provides entertainment in the evening. There is also a free Internet connection via WLAN. From the living room, you can access the balcony through an external door, allowing plenty of natural light to pleasantly illuminate the interior. In the separate fitted kitchen, you can prepare your own meals using a cooker with four-zone ceramic hob and oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and small electrical appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In front of the corner kitchen, four people can enjoy a meal together. A high chair is also available.

End the evening with your loved ones on the balcony. You can conveniently park your car on the property directly in front of the entrance.

Up to 2 persons you rent the flat with one bedroom, at a lower rental price. From 3 persons you rent the flat with two bedrooms, at the higher rental price.
If 2 people want to sleep separately, you also have the option of renting the flat with both bedrooms, but at a higher price!

In the town centre, numerous amenities for daily needs such as shopping facilities, a hairdresser or a doctor are within walking distance of 200 metres. A hike to the Elster spring or to the Hochstein in the natural surroundings takes about an hour. The A4 motorway junction is about 5 kilometres away. In addition to the picturesque landscape and Saxon castles, the central location is also ideal for day trips. The state capital Dresden is approx. 45 kilometres away. Bautzen is 30 kilometres away. Day trips to Prague or Berlin are both approx. 180 km away.
