Description
The holiday apartment is in the centre of Oberlausitz in a quiet location right by the Sankt Ludmila retirement home in Crostwitz. Owing to the very convenient geographical location near the A4 motorway access Uhyst am Taucher (4km), you can get to many trip destinations and sights in the region in less than an hour.
Outside there is a terrace with seating and a grill, which can be accessed through the terrace door in the kitchen. An awning provides shade if required. There are parking spaces on site and by the house.
The rooms in the apartment with 120m² of living space occupy a complete half of the house and can accommodate a maximum of eleven people comfortably. On the living level there are the kitchen, living room and a toilet. The built-in kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary modern electrical appliances and also includes a dishwasher and a dining space. The spacious living room (35m²) provides quality furnishing. Three large panoramic windows ensure a good view out. Apart from the comfortable suite, there is a large dining table with space for everyone. The attic level comprises four bedrooms furnished in a rustic style and bathroom with a corner bath, shower cubicle, double washbasin and a toilet. A large window provides ample light and fresh air. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a single be (90 x 200cm) and a cot. The second bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200cm) and a folding bed (90 x 200cm), while the third has two further single beds (90 x 200cm). The fourth bedroom was furnished with 3 single beds (90cm x 200cm). The interior of the apartment is a non-smoking zone.
Recommended day trip destinations include the Sächsische Schweiz National Park, the Oberlausitzer Bergland, the Zittauer mountains, the Oberlausitzer heath and pond landscape (UNESCO biosphere reserve), the Lausitzer lakes area, the Spreewald, the town of Görlitz and of course Dresden, to name but a few. There is a Netto market 3km away.
