Description
The artisan town of Elzach is located approx. 30 km north of Freiburg and is very well connected to the public transport network. It takes just 36 minutes by train from Elzach station to the main station in Freiburg i.Br. Our holiday flat is 550 metres from Elzach station and only 650 metres from the Kalmerwald forest. Elzach is nestled in the Black Forest and invites you to go on extensive hiking, Nordic walking and cycling tours. The town of Haslach im Kinzigtal is around 16 km from Elzach and offers connections to the Black Forest railway.
Our modern furnished holiday flat in the basement with approx. 44 sqm living space consists of a bedroom, a living-dining room with adjoining hallway and a bathroom. In the bedroom we have a double bed with a width of 1.80 metres and in the living area an optional sofa bed for up to 1 person / 2 children.
There is an uncovered car park on the property belonging to the house.
Our holiday flat in the basement is only accessible via an outside staircase.
The town of Elzach is an ideal starting point for sightseeing in the surrounding area, such as Triberg with Germany's highest waterfalls, the Vogtsbauernhöfe farms, the Europapark in Rust and many other attractions. With the KONUS guest card, which you receive free of charge when you pay the visitor's tax, you have free travel on all nine transport networks in the Black Forest holiday region, between the Rhine and Neckar, Pforzheim and Waldshut, including free use of the tram in the city of Freiburg im Breisgau, during your stay in Zweitälerland.
