The bedroom also has French doors leading to the terrace. The modern bathroom includes a sink, bathtub, and toilet. A sofa bed is available in the living room for additional guests if needed. Smoking is permitted on the terrace but prohibited inside the apartment. The apartment is situated in a quiet, green area. It is not wheelchair accessible, as there are nine steps to navigate. The beach, harbor, and lakeside restaurant are just a short walk away (approximately 300 meters). Numerous hiking and cycling trails begin right at the doorstep, inviting you to enjoy beautiful excursions. A bakery and a supermarket are conveniently located near the entrance to Gaienhofen. Smoking is permitted on the terrace but not inside the apartment.
