There is a washing machine in the bathroom and the open-plan, spacious living and dining room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a stereo system. You can end the evening relaxing by the fireplace or enjoy peace and quiet in nature. The site (520m²) with the large lawn is completely enclosed by hedges and also has a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a parasol, with ample greenery. The house is especially suitable for families with young children and dog owners, as the site is completely fenced in, so carefree playing and relaxing are ensured. There are two car parking spaces available, one under a car port. WLAN can be used within the network coverage.
