Küche vollständig ausgestattet, HD-SAT-TV vorhanden. Als abschließbare Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit steht ein Blockhaus zur Verfügung, in der auch E-Bikes geladen werden können.
Parkplätze befinden sich direkt am Haus.

Am Ditzumer Sieltief liegt in ruhiger Lage die neue Ferienwohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und Blick auf Ditzum. Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnraum mit voll ausgestatteter Einbauküche und HD-Sat-TV, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und zwei Doppelzimmern. Es gibt noch einen ausziehbaren Schlafsessel (als Kinderbett und ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder bis 3 Jahre zusätzlich). Kfz Stellplatz am Haus.
