Secluded in a quiet, almost private cul-de-sac and yet close to the centre, it promises a time-out full of relaxation and comfort - perfect for days out with the whole family, including grandparents.

Inside, our holiday home invites you to feel at home with its modern and comprehensive furnishings. It has 3 cosy bedrooms, one with a balcony and one with direct access to the terrace. The living area with a comfortable couch and a dining area offers space for shared moments, while the kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and other comforts leaves nothing to be desired. Two bathrooms with shower and a separate WC on the upper floor, as well as a guest WC on the ground floor, provide additional comfort. High-speed internet, satellite TV in every room, optional children's equipment and practical fly screens on the main windows round off the facilities.

The outdoor area has a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue area and a play area with swings and a trampoline to relax and enjoy. The shared use of the garden allows you to enjoy the sun or simply relax outdoors.
