Welcome to our inviting holiday home in Kellenhusen, located in the idyllic Theodor-Storm-Weg. Ideal for families, couples or small groups of up to 6 people, our domicile offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday by the Baltic Sea. Secluded in a quiet, almost private cul-de-sac and yet close to the centre, it promises a time-out full of relaxation and comfort - perfect for days out with the whole family, including grandparents.
Inside, our holiday home invites you to feel at home with its modern and comprehensive furnishings. It has 3 cosy bedrooms, one with a balcony and one with direct access to the terrace. The living area with a comfortable couch and a dining area offers space for shared moments, while the kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and other comforts leaves nothing to be desired. Two bathrooms with shower and a separate WC on the upper floor, as well as a guest WC on the ground floor, provide additional comfort. High-speed internet, satellite TV in every room, optional children's equipment and practical fly screens on the main windows round off the facilities.
The outdoor area has a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue area and a play area with swings and a trampoline to relax and enjoy. The shared use of the garden allows you to enjoy the sun or simply relax outdoors. Our guests also have access to a wallbox for convenient charging of electric cars and an e-bike charging station in a lockable shed, as well as a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer for practical use.
The location of our holiday home offers the ideal starting point for exploring and beach days. Just 100 metres from the beach, lake and sea, you can enjoy the benefits of the Baltic Sea in the immediate vicinity.
