This holiday flat is an "Adults Only" holiday flat. This means that only adults or "almost adults" (aged 16 and over) are allowed to stay in this holiday home. Please understand that there are no other possibilities, it is unfortunately not possible due to the design of the holiday home

Relax in the beautiful Bay of Lübeck only 100m to the forest and only 600m to the beach. Kellenhusen has a lot to offer. A large long sandy beach and a beautiful forest and both within walking distance. Pure relaxation. The flat is on the upper floor of our house and is only 100m from the forest or 600m from the beach. In 2021 some things were renewed such as furniture, kitchen, bathroom. You have a small balcony by the "master bedroom", a large living room with couch, armchair and TV, a bedroom with double box spring bed (160x200), a bedroom with 2 single box spring beds (80x200cm), a kitchen-living room with dining area and a shower room. You can use the infrastructure of the holiday complex "Am Walde", which is only 100m away.... with hammock, cosy forest, sauna (subject to charge, currently closed due to Corona) You can also rent bicycles and SUP (stand up paddle) from us (subject to availability).

Please note:
- Tourist tax will be charged on site according to the rules of the Ostseecard Kellenhusen
- The flat is located approx. 20m next to a doctor's surgery or one bedroom is centrally located on Denkmalstrasse
- Please note that the footpath from the car park to the stairs is about 40m.

A small but nice loggia invites you to take a morning coffee and breathe in the fresh sea breeze or to have a sundowner drink.
