Cosy one-bedroom flat with balcony and communal roof terrace, swimming pool, sauna and table tennis room in the building. The 33 m² flat is located on the third floor, which you can easily reach by lift, and offers space for two people. The centrepiece of this one-bedroom flat is the combined living room and bedroom with dining table, TV (cable TV) and sitting area with sofa bed. You can sleep comfortably in the two fold-out, 90 cm wide wardrobe beds. In addition to a two-ring hob, sink and fridge, the adequately sized kitchen also has a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and enough crockery and cookware for two people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. The flat is heated with district heating. WLAN works throughout the flat. From the flat you have direct access to the balcony with a view of the Trave estuary, which is obscured by trees in summer. You can also go right up to the roof terrace and enjoy a wonderful view over the bay from there.
