Description

The flat is part of our historic half-timbered house from Anno 1905. It is a flat over two floors, like a semi-detached house. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living/dining room, the kitchen, the hallway and a daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub. The upper floor offers you a double room with a 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90 m x 2.00 m), as well as a shower room. The flat is fully furnished, both the living room on the ground floor and the three bedrooms upstairs have a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen incl. seating.

GROUND FLOOR: fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub. UPPER FLOOR: Room 1: with electric fireplace, wardrobe, double bed 180x200cm, desk, TV and ceiling fan. Room 2: with futon 140x200cm, wardrobe, desk, couch, TV, fan. Room 3: with futon 140x200cm, wardrobe, desk, couch, TV, fan. A daylight bathroom with shower for the rooms is located in the corridor. All rooms have a view of the greenery and have smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher is located on the upper floor.

Conditions and extras
Free guest Wi-Fi and parking. Bicycles can be locked up. Fresh breakfast eggs can be purchased from our free-range chickens. Dogs are allowed with us: surcharge 15€/dog for the stay.We grant special conditions for stays of 7 days or more.
