Description
The alpine-style holiday home is a semi-detached house in a quiet location on the edge of the forest with a view of the Allgäu Alps and Lake Lechbruck.
The large balcony and the sun terraces in front of and behind the house offer undisturbed relaxation. From the rear terrace you have a direct view of nature.
Our holiday home has an open-plan living/kitchen area with a fireplace for a cosy atmosphere. Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a four-poster bed and TV) and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination (with low entry) and window. There is an additional WC on the ground floor. There is a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm in the first bedroom, a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm in the second bedroom and two single beds measuring 140 cm x 200 cm in the sleeping loft. There is central heating and a fireplace.
Lakes, forests, mountains and many sights, even Austria and Munich are just a "hop" away
The Badewäldlersee (approx. 200 m) is within easy walking distance - in summer for swimming, in winter for ice skating. The Lechsee (approx. 250 metres below) offers water sports (surfing, boating, etc.). The house is the perfect starting point for your holiday activities. Both in summer (hiking, cycling, mountaineering, golfing, etc.) and in winter (skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, etc.) there is a wide range of activities to choose from. The royal castles and the Wieskirche offer good excursion possibilities.
