Discover your next retreat for some time-out relaxation in our charming holiday flat. Here we offer you the perfect mix of cosiness and modern furnishings, ideal for couples or travellers. The peaceful atmosphere of our holiday flat, accentuated by a stylish effect fireplace, invites you to linger and enjoy. Your four-legged companions are also welcome to stay with us for a small fee.
Inside the holiday flat, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with high-quality appliances such as a toaster, a coffee machine, a microwave with grill function, a 4-ring ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a freezer compartment, leaving nothing to be desired. The living/bedroom is not only equipped with a cosy double bed and a sofa bed, but also with a washing machine (for a fee) and a daylight bathroom with bathtub or shower. All this ensures that up to four people can enjoy a comfortable stay. Please note that the furnishings of the flats may vary.
Our lovingly landscaped garden of 500 square metres offers you the ideal setting to relax with various seating areas, a large barbecue area with swing grill and fire bowl, as well as leisure facilities such as a table tennis table and a trampoline. There is a sandpit and mini slide for our youngest guests. Beach chairs and a summer pool (2.50 x 4.20m and 0.90m deep) invite you to linger and refresh.
The location of our holiday flat promises mobility and short distances to the city's culture. In just a few minutes you can walk to the nearest tram stop (approx. 150m), from where you can reach the beginning of the city centre at Augustusplatz with its theatre, opera and Gewandhaus after four stops. The railway station is only five stops away. Alternatively, you can take a walk through a nearby park, which will take you to Augustusplatz in around 20 minutes. E-scooters are also available for excursions for a small fee.
