Experience the charm and tranquillity that our carefully selected furniture and furnishings radiate in every room. Let yourself be enveloped by the harmony and cosiness of our hotel and feel at home from the very first moment.

Each studio has a combined living room/bedroom, a pantry kitchen or fully equipped kitchenette and a shower room. The furnishings are of a very high standard, including amenities such as a toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, microwave with grill function and freezer compartment, leaving nothing to be desired. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for a fee. We pay particular attention to the fact that a maximum of two people and a small child can enjoy a cosy stay in the studios. If you have any special furnishing requests, we will endeavour to meet them.

Our quietly situated garden, which has been landscaped with loving attention to detail, invites you to relax with various seating areas, beach chairs and a summer pool. A table tennis table, a trampoline, a sandpit and a mini slide provide entertainment for our younger guests. A large barbecue area with a swing barbecue and fire bowl is available for cosy evenings by reservation.

The location of our house is ideal for city travellers. The tram is only a few minutes' walk away (approx. 150 metres) and takes you directly to Augustusplatz after four stops. The theatre, opera, Gewandhaus and other city highlights await you there. The main railway station is just five stops away. Those who like to explore the neighbourhood on foot will find a picturesque park nearby, which leads to Augustusplatz in around 20 minutes.
