Description

This is a comfortable holiday apartment with a balcony on the upper floor of a detached house otherwise used only by the owner. It is quietly situated in a typical residential area near cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. As a suburb of Frankfurt, Maintal Hochstadt is also very popular among trade fair visitors.

The balcony has three chairs with cushions and an awning. You are allowed to smoke out here.

The non-smoking apartment occupies the whole upper floor with 60m² of living space. After the house entrance, you go through a door downstairs in the house to the stairway and from there to the front door into the apartment. It comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, an LCD TV and an integrated kitchen unit, a dining room with a pull-out sofa bed, and a modern daylight bathroom with a shower cubicle, WC, washbasin, cupboard, mirror and bath. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), two bedside tables and a wardrobe and opens onto the balcony. The living room also opens onto the balcony and you can relax on the suite after a day trip, with the LCD TV with a satellite receiver and a stereo system providing entertainment in the evening. The sofa bed is 140cm wide and is suitable for one or two people. The integrated kitchen enables practical self-catering with a four-ring hob and an oven, a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The hallway linking all the rooms leads to the dining room, where a dining table with four high-backed chairs invites you to dine. Next to the dining space there is a second sofa bed (160cm wide) for two further people. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the apartment.

The owners accommodate many trade fair guests who appreciate the following about Hochstadt: it is easy to get to the trade fair, but in the evening you can retreat from the hectic hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a well-priced meal out in the evening, at some local restaurants with homemade cuisine, or you can cater for yourself and shop at the nearby REWE supermarket. There are good public transport connections (bus stop about a 4-minute walk away, or train station about 10 minutes). It is also easy to get to Frankfurt and the trade fair by car (ca. 35 mins., depending on traffic).
