Built in 1996 in the Danish holiday home style, this spacious house (90 sq m) sleeps 6 people. Electric underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove create a cozy atmosphere. The living area features a large (122 cm) flat-screen LED TV (satellite TV) and a stereo system with a Blu-ray player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, and refrigerator. LTE Wi-Fi is also available. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, on the gallery, there is a double bed, and the children's room has two single beds. A sauna and a washer-dryer are also provided. IMPORTANT: Cancellation policy is detailed in the rental agreement (more favorable than the one shown on the vacation rental website); unfortunately, this information cannot be displayed on the portal. Holiday Park: The holiday park has a well-stocked supermarket, and the restaurant offers reasonably priced meals. You can swim in the lake, explore the waterways by boat or on full-day excursions by passenger ship. You can also go horseback riding, rent bicycles, play mini-golf, and much more. The area is also ideally suited for day trips to Berlin and the Baltic Sea. Cancellation policy is detailed in the rental agreement: 10% of the rental price will be charged for cancellations up to 35 days before arrival; 70% will be charged for cancellations between 34 and 2 days before arrival. For cancellations made later than this, or in case of no-show, the full rental price will be charged.
