Our cosy, approx. 46m² maisonette apartments have a balcony, bathroom, kitchen, living area and a separate bedroom and offer you every comfort for a pleasant everyday life. The apartments can be used as single or double rooms.

In the open kitchen you can prepare your meals as relaxed as you would at home. You will find a ceramic glass hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric water boiler, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery and, of course, comfortable seats. Besides, the dishwasher does the dishes almost by itself.

The sofa in the living area invites you to a cosy evening in front of the large flat screen. If you wish, you can transform the sofa into a comfortable lay down area. The dimmable LED lights create a relaxed atmosphere.
