The flat offers enough space for 2 adults (wall cupboard bed 140x200cm), 1 child/teenager can also be accommodated (pull-out double sofa bed and the dining area can be converted into a sleeping area). A Hauck Dream'n Play baby cot (120x60) is available. Please note: Although it is possible to accommodate 3 adults, a significant space restriction must be taken into account. The accommodation of 4 persons definitely exceeds the capacity of the small flat, a rental can therefore unfortunately NOT be made to a family of four. WLAN is available for a fee via the provider "Hotsplots" (digital registration required), please take 15 to 20 minutes on arrival for key handover and briefing by the landlord. NOTE: Every year in the period from mid-November to mid-December the swimming pool is closed due to renovation work, the sauna is open regularly during this time, only for this reason and in this period therefore the cheapest seasonal price applies!
