Die Ferienwohnung ca. 70m² befindet sich im Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses mit eigenem Eingang in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, ca. 800 m vom Lauterbacher Hafen entfernt. Fahrräder können kostenlos in einer abgeschlossenen Garage untergestellt werden .

Unsere 70 m² große Ferienwohnung für 2-5 Personen im Souterrain hat einen Wohnraum mit TV/Fernseher, Radio/Hifi, Sitzecke und einer Aufbettungsmöglichkeit auf einem Schlafsofa, einen Schlafraum mit Doppelbett und einem Schlafraum mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ein Baby-Bett, und ein Kinder-Hochstuhl stehen zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr/Besteck . Das Bad hat Dusche und WC und auf der Terasse können sie Gartenmöbel und auch einen Grill benutzen. Bettwäsche und Geschirrtücher sind inklusive. Lauterbach ist Kurabgabepflichtig.
