Our former farm is located in a quiet secluded location very close to the Abstdorfer See (Moorsee) with recreational area. It can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. On our farm still live chickens and cats.The cats are happy to stroke and you can also get eggs from our chickens.From us you have a beautiful view of the Berchtesgadener (Untersberg and Watzmann) and Salzburg Alps. The world cultural city of Salzburg is only about 15 km away.There are many excursion possibilities e.g. Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden, Chiemsee, Ruhpolding in the beautiful Chiemgau, Austria, Salzburg Land, etc.At any time of year there are many beautiful excursion possibilities in our region. Whether biathlon in Ruhpolding, the Salzburg Festival and other cultural and sporting events in the surrounding area.

The apartment consists of two double rooms (which can also be expanded to triple rooms) and a single room.In the cozy kitchen-living room with corner bench, TV and couch is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with refrigerator and freezer combination, dishwasher, toaster, electric stove, coffee maker and kettle.Two showers and a toilet are located on the floor. The bed linen and towels or tea towels are provided by us. The beds are already made for you when you move in. For our guests is a free WLAN available. In the entire apartment is smoking prohibited.washing machine (3 EUR) and dryer (3 EUR) can be used for a small fee.In the warm seasons, our terrace offers you beautiful and quiet evenings for barbecues and cozy get-togethers.
