Das Ferienhaus „Casa Dira“ in der Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte in Schwarz liegt nur 100 m vom Schwarzer See, mit einer kleinen Badestelle und Bootssteg, entfernt. Es befindet sich auf einem sehr ruhigen ländlichen Grundstück.
 
Hier können Sie Sonne tanken, baden, schwimmen, angeln, Boot fahren und die Natur mit Ihrer Vielzahl an Ausflugszielen genießen.

• Der ca. 50m² große Bungalow bietet 5 Personen Platz. Er hat 1 Schlafzimmer mit Babybett, 1 Kinderzimmer mit Doppelstockbett, ein Bad mit Dusche, ein separates WC, eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Flach-TV.

• 2 Terrassen, eine Sonnenterrasse in Südlage für Sonnenanbeter und eine überdachte Nord-Terrasse für Regenwetter und für unsere Raucher.

• Für unsere kleinen Gäste gibt es ein Kinderbett, einen Hochstuhl und Spielzeug.
