You can't get any closer to the beach! The beach access at Käpt'n-Christiansen-Straße is about 150 meters away, and Friedrichstraße is about 250 meters away. All six apartments in the beach house are maisonettes, furnished in a Mediterranean style and with a spacious layout. In the basement of the building, you'll find a washing machine and dryer, an ironing board and iron, and a sauna (for a fee), all of which can be used by all residents. Of course, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the entire building. Apartment 5: This lovely ground-floor apartment is ideal for 2-3 people. You enter through the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table and chairs, a two-burner ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher. From here, you enter the living room, which features a comfortable sofa bed, a stereo system, a DVD player, and a flat-screen TV. From here, you also have access to the sunny south-facing terrace with a beach chair and garden furniture. A wide staircase leads to the lower level. Here you will find both the large bedroom with box spring bed and flat TV as well as the shower room.
