The house is located in the centre of the village with very short distances to the shops for your self-catering. The large holiday flat on the upper floor for up to 6 people regularly delights guests with its spaciousness and complete furnishings.

Our holiday flat on the ground floor is furnished in a modern style and offers a high level of comfort for 1-3 people.

Surcharge per additional person to the basic price with 2 persons for both holiday flats: 10,-EUR/day
Children up to 12 years 6,-EUR/day

Parking is free of charge directly in front of and next to the house or on one of the adjacent parking spaces.
Please do not use the parking spaces reserved for the grocery shop opposite.

Conditions and extras
Our prices include ALL additional costs for the holiday flats such as electricity, WiFi, heating, water, bed linen and towels!
The beds are made up and towels are provided in the bathroom.

Our booking conditions at a glance:

1. payment modalities

An advance payment of 10% can be charged after booking.
Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer with receipt of payment on our account at the latest on 5days before arrival.
OR
Cash payment at the handover of the keys on the day of arrival.
Card payment will also be possible from 01.01.2024.
2. cancellation conditions

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows will be charged 80% of the total price.

3. charging of electric cars

There is 1 charging point per holiday flat with max. 11kW charging power available.
Electric charging power is charged according to kWh and is payable in cash or card on departure.
Price status 01.05.2024: 50Cent/kWh
