Description
The villa is built of stone in 2021 in the foothills of Pelion, Greece. It is surrounded by green mountains and at the same time 2 km from the transparent Aegean Sea. The climate is very pleasant even when it is very hot. The view is of the sea and the mountain. From the villa there are hiking trails in the mountain where the fauna is very varied and very beautiful. In the surrounding area there are several small villages characteristic of Pelion with small restaurants ( Greek taverns ) where you can try tasty, traditional local dishes. The beaches are clean and equipped to satisfy even the most demanding travellers. You can visit small coves and bathe in the clear waters and away from the crowds.
The villa is located in a residential area but is in a natural park surrounded by greenery.
The accommodation consists of two floors. On each floor there are two bedrooms with double beds 180 cm x 210 cm ),flat TV 40 inches, large wardrobes and beaute toilete with mirrors and pikes.A bathroom with bide and Jacuzzi and a shower room with bide. A lounge/living room with a fireplace, a large sofa bed for 2 persons and a 55 inch flat screen satellite TV. A kitchen equipped with a large electric oven with four burners, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dining table for 6 persons and all cooking utensils.
The property is fenced and has private parking and barbecue.Each flat has a large terrace with garden furniture and 4 sun loungers
