Villa is located at Galatas village, 4 km from Chania city center. Galatas has a great advantageous position as it is close to the city centre and the Venetian harbour as well, and also near to the area’s most popular sandy beaches.

There is one bedroom with two single beds, one shower room, one WC and a sitting room area which can also accommodate two people with its double sofa bed.

In the basement of the villa there is a well equipped gym room, a bathroom, a laundry room and a two - space indoor car park.

There is also a fantastic greek Taverna just in a few meters away from the house
