The house is located in a quiet village about four kilometres from the picturesque town of Chania and two kilometres from the most beautiful beaches. quiet villa with pool and sea view close to the town and beach, take advantage of the many sports facilities, go on a cultural journey of discovery, let yourself be enchanted by the natural beauty of Crete and let eventful days end comfortably with regional cuisine
From the living area you can access the large balcony, from where you have a marvellous view over the surrounding area as far as the sea. Sun loungers by the pool invite you to relax and sunbathe. Refresh yourself afterwards in your own pool or find a shady spot under the olive trees in the courtyard. Sunshades, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a furnished terrace are provided as standard.
The 135m² villa for seven people is spread over two floors. Four separate bedrooms offer all travellers plenty of space and privacy. While you will find a king-size bed (160cm wide) in each of the first two bedrooms, there are two single beds in the third bedroom and a single bed in the fourth bedroom. There is also a shower room, a bath and a guest WC in the house. The modern kitchen is also fully equipped with all important kitchen utensils. In addition to a dishwasher, there is also a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and much more. In the large living and dining room, seating and a large dining table invite you to socialise. You will also find a high chair for the table in the house. A satellite TV, WiFi as well as games and books (on request) invite you to linger. Air conditioning and a washing machine are also available in the house.
In the quiet village, the nearest bus stop, a restaurant and a shop are just 300 metres away. Larger supermarkets are one to two kilometres away. The picturesque old town and the port of Chania are about four kilometres away. There are also many bathing facilities, mini golf, go-karting, bowling and water sports activities in the surrounding area. There is also a water fun park four kilometres away. Archaeological sites all over Crete invite you to discover and explore. For hikers and climbers, there are also many opportunities in western Crete. In addition, the beautiful and wild gorges, such as the famous Samaria Gorge, the most beautiful gorge in Europe for seven years, are not to be missed.
A car is recommended. On request, it is possible to accommodate four more people in their own rooms in addition to the seven people. This is only possible if the other four people belong to the same group. There is a flat under the house which is only open for this purpose. The flat has its own kitchen, living room, veranda, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite shower room and the second room with two single beds and a large bathroom with bath and shower in one.
