The villa is located in a traditional small village called “Vergiana” close to Margarites village. This house invites you to enjoy its simplicity and the sense of absolute tranquility. A traditional stone-built Villa with 4 master bedrooms plus 2 single bedrooms and 4 bathrooms built within a beautiful olive grove and a 1000sq.m. plot with 40sq.m pool. It has 4 master bedrooms, plus two smaller, 4 bathrooms and each bedroom has access to separate fully equipped kitchen, a large yard with gardens, olive trees and the spacious 40 sqm pool . It is large enough for one, two or three families and provides you everything in order to feel like your home!Ground FloorOn the ground floor, you will find two of the master bedrooms each of them with separate fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. The outdoor area of the villa has about 1000 sqm fenced yards and gardens with flowers and trees where you can enjoy the relaxing natural environment! You can either relax under the trees or in our 40 sqm swimming pool area. The lush garden with the olive trees and other trees and flowers create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere and promise unforgettable days and nights under the Cretan sky. In addition, there is also a barbecue and dining area where you can enjoy your meal in outdoor area.
