Villa Elena is situated just outside of the seaside village of Agia Pelagia, 25km from Heraklion city (en-route to Rethymnon) and 35' drive from Heraklion International Airport.
Situated on a hill 400m from the sea , the villa is in a complex consisting of two separate villas with private gardens, sharing a 4000sqm yard with magnificent views of the sea and surrounding area. The Traditional Villa Elena (154sqm) features a private, heated swimming pool, a garden and a sea-view veranda, traditional style and comfortable setting with 3 bedrooms and a living room with 2 double sofa beds, thus able to host ideally up to 8 guests, with potential 2 additional guests if needed (up to 10 guests in total).
The spacious garden offers magnificent views of the Agia Pelagia bay and the surrounding mountains. Guests are also welcome to use our outdoor BBQ facility to prepare delicious meals at the comfort of their own garden, using fresh ingredients that can be purchased from the village market.
Kindly note that as the pool is private, the property features no lifeguard.
