This property is a combination of 4 different apartments. There are 2 apartments of 100sqm each, where there is one double bedroom and one bedroom with 3 single beds in each one of them. Total 5 persons in each of these 2 apartments. Moreover, there is a veranda with amazing views of the landscape and sea. Then there is another studio with one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. Lastly, on the back side of the property, there is another maisonette apartment with 1 double bedroom and one more bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. All 4 apartments are fully equipped since they all have their own kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathrooms. A communal play area of 100 sqm where you can also have dinner or lunch. So each one has their own privacy but yet again you will all be sharing the same grounds and 2 pools. At the back side of each villa, one can find a barbeque with a dining table and a parking area. Every apartment has an elegant living room with a fireplace, television, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric appliances such as a cooker, fridge, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Outside Area: a protected BBQ area from the wind along with a kitchen and a dining table. Check out is 11:00 latest and check-in is at 15:00 earliest.

Important Notice :
The use of fireworks is strictly forbidden during weddings or any other special occasions which take place at the villas.

-Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.
-19 people sleep in beds and the rest will use the sofas that are situated in each one of the apartments

-Common quiet hours are 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00.
After 23:00 the music should be very low or play music indoors.
