Location:Let's take you away to your own private Garden of Eden!The luxurious country house is built in the middle of an overgrown property with vineyards, olive trees, many fruit trees and flowers. The distance from the road ensures absolute peace, tranquility and privacy.The village of Agios Kirykos, in which the estate is located, is famous for its vineyards and olive groves, as well as the whole area where the most famous wineries of the island are located. There you can buy the finest wine bottles.The estate itself has a rich history, over the past 200 years, of local grape variety production from which some of the most delicious Zakynthian wines are still made in traditional ways. In the village the national poet, Dionysios Solomos - who is one of the most important poets in the world - inspired some of his most famous erotic poems.The environment in the estate is idyllic, the view to the surroundings simply wonderful and the climate very friendly to the visitor. The Mediterranean nature in the estate shows its most affectionate face as if it is eager only to delight the traveler. Features:Elissavet is a luxurious villa of 120 sqm, situated in a vineyard estate of 50.000 sqm.The architecture of the villa is fully in line with the traditional, manor houses of noblemen of the past centuries, enriched with all the modern comforts.The villa is spread in two levels, consisting in total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with capacity up to 8 guests, offers a great variety of facilities and plenty of entertainment choices.The main entrance of the villa leads to the 50sqm living room with a modern fully equipped kitchen and dining table, all in country style. There you can find a comfortable sofa in front of the TV set, which can easily turn into a single bed.Thanks to a lovely 4m span glass door and the other wide openings, you can feel the vineyard and pool presence in every moment. The veranda is covered, has a dining table and a phantastic view over the pool, the play ground under the olive trees and the vineyard.Furthermore, on the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms (with double beds), each with its own bathroom. In the attic there is a comfortable internal balcony facing the living room, with a desk for your computer and a comfortable sofa (which can turn into a single bed) with a coffee table. From there you can enjoy the view of the pool, the vineyard, and the surrounding hills with the traditional churches on their peaks. In the attic there is the third bedroom with twin beds and its own large bathroom.Fast WiFi access available throughout the property. Outdoor area:?The villa has its own independent, magnificent large 72sqm swimming pool with open-air hydro-massage. Next to the pool a large modern roofed BBQ is found, with dining tables for 8 persons. The terrace around the pool, ideal for events, is 130sqm.The tennis court with lighting, thus permitting playing at night, awaits you to enjoy endless hours of carefree play.
