Villa with private pool and majestic sea views The villa is located in a quiet setting, near Agios Nikitas village. An asphalt drive leads up from the village of Agios Nikitas to the villas Spiaggia Dorata, Isola Bella, Vista Splendida, Mare Magico and Acqua Azzurra. Situated on two different levels, natural stone walls, olive and cypress trees, shrubs, thymes, sages and climbers surround each villa to create privacy. Entrance level: Entering the villa, the main entrance level has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area has a fire-place and French windows that open onto a wide canopy balcony to the sea views. The dining area has French windows open onto the large swimming pool terrace. Next to the kitchen are the stairs leading up to the attic and down to the bedrooms .There is also one bathroom with shower in common use for this floor and the attic.?
