At the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room with a large convertible sofa bed and a satellite TV. On the same floor there is also a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor where there is one more master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the unobstructed view to the sea. All bedrooms are equipped with King size beds and closets. All bathrooms in the residence have modern design and are equipped with high quality bathroom amenities. A washing machine is also provided. Outdoors there is beautiful garden with local plants and trees, which you can enjoy by relaxing on the patio furniture. A parking space for your car is also available. Check out is 11:00 latest and check in is 15:00 earliest.

Plakias village is located 36 km south of the town of Rethymno (approximately 40 min. by car). You can reach our residences either by Chania Airport (approximately 90 min. by car) or Heraklion Airport (approximately 120 min. by car).
Plakias is built in the exit of a rich valley, surrounded by tall mountains and dense olive grove. Most of the houses are located near the small port of Plakias, surrounding the big arc-shaped bay. If you are fascinated by the panoramic view of the sea, you can visit the small village of Myrthios, up in the cliffs above Plakias, with an amazing view towards it.
A panoramic view is also offered from Sellia, another small village near Plakias.
At Plakias village, you will find everything you need, as there are a lot of shops and super-markets, rental and tourist offices.
