The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances so you’ll enjoy preparing your favorite dishes with a view.A spacious twin bedroom is located on the ground floor. It is fitted with two single beds, has large wardrobes and glass sliding doors which drive to the terrace and let the light invade the room. There is an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi column.Going a few stairs up, next to main entrance, you have the second bedroom, fitted with a double bed, large wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Also with sliding glass doors and a big balcony which faces the fantastic beach and the sea below.The third bedroom has a king size bed and is located on first floor, has large wardrobe, a lounge area fitted with two armchairs and a coffee table placed near the glass door that opens to a lovely terrace from where you can admire an amazing sea view. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom , fitted with Jacuzzi bath and high quality accessories.Outside benefits from:A west facing terrace which is accessible from the living room and one bedroom. The terrace is furnished with comfortable rattan sofa, armchairs, a 8 seat dining table and sun lounges where you can really enjoy your holiday and the best Mediterranean Sunsets.The 9 x 6 cutting edge pool is right in front of the terrace and is also surrounded by a thick layer of green grass.Changeovers on Sunday or Saturday (in principal).If bookings allow it, we can be flexibleFlights to our local airport Preveza are available from many European countries including UK, Holland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and more. From Preveza airport you can either take a bus, taxi or rent a car to Lefkada. ATHENS TO LEFKADA by CAR is approximately 385 Km. You can reach Lefkada by car, via the bridge that connects Lefkada with the mainland . By BUS they are frequent KTEL bus routes to Lefkada from Athens, Thessalonica, Patras, and other major Greek cities. From Athens, bus service is daily and travel time is 4/5 hours. From Thessalonica, bus service is 2 times the week and travel time is 5 hours. There are daily flights from Athens International Airport, to Aktio Preveza Airport and also from Corfu Airport.We are happy to prearrange a taxi transfer for you from Preveza airport to the villa and give any advice on travel.All services, air conditioning, towels, linen, electricity, water, final cleaning are included in the price. Just a fifteen minute drive from Lefkas town and two minutes from the pretty seaside village of Agios Nikitas.Ground floor you have the fascinating living room that offers beautiful sea views from every corner, due to wall sized glass sliding doors.The living area is elegantly furnished with comfortable sofas from where you can enjoy the beauty that surrounds you or just watch your favorite TV programs. A stroll down your own private steps and you are on the beautiful sandy beach and the waters edge.The villa is approximately a 30 minute drive for Preveza airport, and 1 hour 30 minutes from the port of Igoumenitsa.LEFKAS nestles away in the center of the main Ionian Islands and is the only island linked to mainland Greece. A swing bridge gives easy access by road, with the newly extended and refurbished airport of Preveza about a 30 minute drive. The island and the surrounding area has a lot to offer, anything from sailing, windsurfing, cycling, scuba-diving, walking, exploring ancient archaeological sites or just that lazy beach holiday. You will probably find some of the most picturesque views around, looking out from the calmer waters of the East coast overlooking the famous Onassis island of Scorpios, the other islands and mainland Greece and in contrast, on the west coast you will find the best beaches and most spectacular sunsets.LEFKAS maintains its charm because of the strict building laws, which do not allow high storey blocks.Groceries and tavernas can be found in the village of Agios Nikitas, a 2 minute drive away... or just a ten minute walk!
