Villa Marevista is an exclusive private holiday rental, situated on the northwest coast of Crete, one of Greece’s trendiest resort islands. Sitting on a spacious 4,285 sq.m. plot, the secluded location of the luxury villa ensures privacy, yet there are many holiday attractions within easy reach of the rental property. 

The private luxury villa offers an elegant living area, stylishly furnished with a large corner sofa and a nesting coffee table as well as a smart TV with satellite. In addition, there are occasional chairs, a safe, a fireplace, air conditioning, and 24/7 concierge services available. The dining area is furnished with a stylish wooden table and 10 comfortable dining chairs. 

Villa Marevista is equipped with a stylish, modern kitchen with a built-in oven and smooth electric stovetop, a microwave, a refrigerator, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a blender, a toaster, and a kettle. Additionally, there is a breakfast counter with 4 chairs.

The luxury villa is home to 3 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and sea-facing balconies. The bedrooms are stylishly decorated and furnished with either double or twin beds (pushed together), bedside tables, a desk/vanity table, occasional chairs, a cushioned wall seat in one of the bedrooms, and ample wardrobe space. The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with showers, toilets, complimentary toiletries, towels, and hairdryers. Furthermore, there are amenities including a washing machine, iron, and ironing board provided.

The impeccable outdoor area and endless gardens are also host to a large, heated swimming pool with a beautiful sea view. There is a verandah with a barbeque and dining area, with a large outdoor table and 10 chairs available for guests to use. There are comfortable sun-loungers and a shaded swing bench lining the pool, which is a beautiful crystal blue. This is an excellent area for entertaining friends or simply relaxing in the sun.

The little ones will enjoy the playground with table football, and a slide.

This luxury holiday home offers private parking, and the property is fenced and has outside lighting for additional security.
