The house is located just before the village of Lefokastro, in a completely quiet location above the beautiful bay of Gourna (300 metres).
The house is built on a slope, so you have a beautiful panoramic view of the sea from all sides.
There are no discos or tavernas far and wide - just the sea and a beautiful sunset. The small settlement of Lefokastro is approx. 1 km away. There you will find 3 tavernas, the best of which, "Kalma", is open all year round.
Further shopping and entertainment facilities as well as tavernas and restaurants can be found in Afissos (approx. 2.5 km) or in Argalasti (approx. 7 km).
Water sports facilities are available in Horto (approx. 15 km).

Beach:
The beach is located below the house (300 m). There are other beautiful bays and beaches about 500 to 2000 metres away. The beach of Lefokastro is gently sloping and ideal for children.

The house is situated on a plot of approx. 2500 square metres and is a stone house that originally had 2 flats. Following an extension, the house now has 3 flats. All apartments are functionally furnished. Do not expect more than is described here.

The flat for 4 people (approx. 48 sqm + veranda, 25 sqm) is located on the upper floor and consists of two bedrooms (1x with a double bed and 1x with 3 single beds), a small kitchen, a shower room/WC and a large veranda with awning, garden furniture and panoramic sea view.
Cleaning and bed linen change: twice a week.
