Description

This holiday apartment is on the narrow, vibrant alleys of the Ierapetra old town in southern Crete, without through traffic and with local residents.

The apartment is on the ground floor. The owner lives on the first floor. It consists of two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, an open kitchen with a living room. One bedroom has a pull-out single bed (90 x 190cm), a desk, a wardrobe and children’s toys. The second has a double bed (160 x 190cm), a large wardrobe, a mirror and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully-equipped for four people, with cooking utensils, an electric hob, a cooker hood, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine and cleaning utensils. The bathroom has a shower and bath, hairdryer, washing machine, toilet and towels.

There is a rear courtyard with four chairs, space to hang up laundry and a storage room. You can always find free parking spaces nearby.

Children are welcome. The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Please respect nighttime and afternoon quiet time.

It is 100 metres to the beach, which can be accessed via a ramp, so you could take e.g. a pushchair or hand cart with you. Parasols and loungers are available for hire. The supermarket, tavernas, restaurants, discos, bars along the beach promenade are all within easy walking distance. It is about 50 metres to a minimarket. From the end of May, there are daily boat trips to the unique island Chrissi. The owner can arrange other organized trips for you.
