Description

Located in the south of Crete island, near town of Ierapetra. Sunniest town in Europe. small complex of 4 independent villas each of 2 bedrooms. Property Caretaker for garden, pool cleaning and maintenance work lives in complex, in seperate detached building under the poll area with no or minimum interaction and is available for assistance by request and appointment. 4 fully self contained Villas, each Villa is about 70sqm with full size kitchen, dining-lounge area with 50inch smart TV, and 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has air-condition and ceiling fan and well insulated. Each contains a master bedroom with a double bed and a 2nd bedroom with single beds. 2 of the 4 villas are on ground level and accessible for wheelchair and baby stroller. The complex is is equipped with exclusive use of swimming pool, BBQ area with outdoor dining area, playground and parking. Each apartment has its own balcony with moving sunshade awning. The property and pool is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. The pool and BBQ and parking are on same level and are accessible via ramps. 1 villa is especially accessibility friendly, with easy no-step access, large doorways, walking/roll in showers, hand rails etc, All villas have view to sea and pool. Pool and Garden Caretakers and maintenance personnel live onsite, in a non-intrusive apartment below the pool area. Interaction with Guests is limited to Guests request. The area is surrounded by olives trees and other holiday accommodations. Restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and bus stop are located within 800metes, 10min walk. The beach is about 1000meters away or 15minute walk. Crete is a very large and diverse Island, a car is necessary to enjoy and travel around.
